Bishop Billy Drain

Bishop Billy Drain is the Founder and Pastor of The Dwelling Place House of Prayer Church and The Dwelling Place Community Outreach Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that promotes community development and support, located at 225 East Clinton Street, Joliet IL. (lower suite). 

He is the Second Presiding Prelate of the Kingdom Impact Network under the leadership of Presiding Prelate, Chief Apostle Jeffrey D. Holliday, and Auxiliary Bishop in the International Pentecost Assembly under the leadership of Presiding Prelate, Chief Apostle Dr. William McCoy. He has been married to First Lady Yuvette Drain since 1992.

Bishop Billy and Lady Drain believe in transforming lives and pouring into the youth. They have gone into the low-income housing community and cooked breakfast for families, taken children to events like the WNBA, and continue to mentor many. They say “It’s about soul winning and transforming lives, we can do anything as long as we put God first.”

They have a morning worship service via conference call (804) 665-0005/passcode 383205, for the homebound and those that are unable to make it to the sanctuary service every Sunday at 11:30 am, and in-house worship service every Sunday at 12:45 pm. They have via conference call (804) 665-0005/passcode 383304, intercessory prayer every Wednesday at 7:00 pm followed by bible study at 7:30 pm.
