Meet Sherry Trinity, an open-minded explorer on a journey towards integrated health. At 50 years old, Sherry has spent nearly four decades studying and practicing the healing arts. What began with martial arts training at age 16 has evolved into a comprehensive holistic healing practice that bridges ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques.
Her business, The Enlightened Goddess, represents more than just a service—it’s an expression of her higher self and a beacon for others navigating difficult times.

With this comprehensive array of tools, she is fully equipped to conduct sessions that may span from one to three hours in duration.
“I do what the body needs,” Sherry says simply. Her approach is intuitive and client-centered, adapting to the individual’s specific healing needs. Some sessions focus on traditional massage therapy. Others involve energy healing, empathic soul clearing, cord cutting, or what she describes as scanning the body to identify energetic blockages.
“When I put my hands over the body, I can scan and feel different pressure sensations,” she explains. “It feels like ribbons of smoke from my fingers or electrical currents. If it’s a disharmony of energy, I can feel it—it’s like a heat source or an electrical current going through me.”
However, Sherry’s practice draws from her studies of ancient religion and cultures. She has spent many years learning and delving deeper into the ancient and lost healing arts. Most of the knowledge has been missing for years. Although in recent times it is making a resurgence.
“I bridge the gap between the ancient religions and the ancient ways of healing and bring it into the modern era,” she says.
While Sherry’s energy healing abilities developed over decades, she eventually pursued formal massage therapy licensing to legitimately touch clients and work with muscle structure. This combination of licensed massage therapy with intuitive energy work creates her unique approach.
The integration proves powerful. Sherry recounts the story of an 85-year-old client who came to her with neuropathy in her feet. After six months of monthly sessions combining reflexology, meridian work, and energy healing, the neuropathy disappeared.
“I worked all the meridians up her legs, worked with the pressure points in her feet,” Sherry explains. “It was getting all the nerves to calm down and realign, knowing where to touch and what pressure point on the foot reacts with what nervous system and what organ in the body.”
Sherry’s approach aligns with Eastern medicine’s whole-body concept rather than Western medicine’s tendency toward pharmaceutical and surgical interventions. She believes in holistic healing and refers clients to acupuncturists and chiropractors when appropriate, though those aren’t her personal specialties.
As for skepticism about her work? Sherry remains unfazed. “I’m not here to convince anybody,” she states. “If they need me, they’re gonna seek me out. People are gonna be skeptical—that’s fine. I’m not looking for every person because not every person is looking for me. It has to be a universal match.”
While The Enlightened Goddess currently operates as Sherry’s solo traveling practice, she’s working with business partner Juliet toward a much larger vision: Renovation Love Sanctuary, a 150-acre retreat center currently 12 to 18 months from realization.
“When I met Juliet, she initially approached me as a client. However, we quickly recognized a strong kinship and realized we were on the same life path: creating a holistic retreat center that encompassed an intentional community. After reviewing each other’s business plans, we agreed that the universe had aligned us to partner together in realizing a greater vision.”
