How can I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, you can usually do so here on the Subscription Center page by filling out the change of address form. From there, you can update your address information as needed. If you have any trouble finding this option, you can also contact customer service for assistance.

How will I receive my digital subscription?

To receive your digital subscription, at the time of subscribing, the email you provided will get the digital issue. If you haven't received it in 2 months after subscribing, you may want to check your spam folder or contact customer support for assistance. They will be able to help you with any issues related to your subscription.

Why I did not receive my digital issues?

Firstly, checked your spam or junk folder? Sometimes emails can be filtered there. If that doesn't work, add our email address to your contact Iist. If that doesn't't work, I recommend reaching out to customer support team to see if there are any issues with your subscription or account.

Why must I make payment Immediately at checkout?

When you make a purchase, the payment is required immediately at checkout to ensure that the transaction is completed and that the we receives payment for the product or service being sold. This is a standard practice across most online marketplaces.

How long does my subscription last?

The digital subscription last for two years and the hard copy last for one year. The subscription ends two years from your start date anniversary.

Do I need to renew my subscription?

It's possible that your subscription has expired or needs to be renewed. Have you checked the status of your subscription recently? If not, I would recommend contacting customer service to inquire about the status of your subscription and whether it needs to be renewed.
