On Sunday, September 7th, Pastor Dr. John T. Gray celebrated his 80th birthday at the elegant JTG Event Center, 1260 West 103rd Street, Chicago, Illinois.
Pastor Gray’s birthday service began with an introduction from his daughter. He entered the room with excitement, delighted to see all his friends and family in attendance. He energized the crowd with a few dance moves as the music played.

Rev. Dr. Gray is a former president of the Chicago Baptist Institute, and a current pastor at Holy Zion MB Church. Additionally, he served seven years as the president of International Ministry Community Alliance (IMCA).
The birthday dinner was a reunion of friends, family, and church members coming together to celebrate a man who has played a significant role in shaping the religious community in Chicago.
